Important Shipping Rules

1. Order Cutoff Time

• Orders placed before 2 PM EST (Monday–Friday) begin processing the same day.
• Orders placed after 2 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

⚠️ Expedited shipping is NOT available for Gift Box / Custom Curation orders — because they require 72 hours of handling time regardless of shipping speed. However, we can sometimes prioritize your custom order in the queue — just ask.

2. Signature Requirement

• All orders over $200 require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
• If you’re not home to sign, the carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us.
• Re-delivery or reshipment may incur additional shipping fees.

3. Incorrect Address

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
• If you realize you made a mistake — email us immediately at support@gothrill.store
• If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can correct it for free.
• If it has already shipped, address correction fees ($15–$25) will be passed to you, and delivery will be delayed.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once tracking shows “Delivered,” we consider the shipment complete.
• If you believe your package was stolen, please:
  • Check with neighbors or building management first
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • Email us — we’ll help file a claim with the carrier (replacement is not guaranteed for stolen items, but we’ll do our best to assist)

5. Delivery Delays (Weather / Carrier / Holidays)

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier capacity, or U.S. federal holidays.
• However — we will proactively email you if we see a significant delay on our end. We don’t ghost.
